Authenticity Guarantee
At TheSaloon.in, we only stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturer or their authorised distributors. Before shipping, we perform several levels of rigorous quality checks to eliminate any chances of counterfeit products.

Returns Policy for Full-Size Products
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that used products cannot be returned.
To return unused goods, email us at hello@thesaloon.in or WhatsApp +91 8072651542, and we will guide you through the process until completion.
Special Instructions for Cosmetics:
You may return an item for the following reasons:

Special Instructions for Reverse Pickup:
The reverse pickup request will be processed within 24–48 hours, and the product will be collected within 4–5 working days.
After the product (along with its packaging box) is picked up, the delivery executive will provide an invoice. Please share a clear picture of this invoice with us at hello@thesaloon.in.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 days from the date on which TheSaloon.in receives the returned goods.

For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking), the refund will be credited back to the original payment account within 3–5 working days.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, a refund cheque will be issued or a bank transfer will be made in favor of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order. Relevant details will be requested via email (hello@thesaloon.in).
Please note: Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled while they are in the "Pending" state. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@thesaloon.in or WhatsApp +91 8072651542, mentioning your reason for cancellation. Once we receive your request, it may take up to 1–2 business days to process, and you will be notified via email once the cancellation is complete.
Note: Any single product within a kit or set cannot be replaced or returned.
